Start your return

PLEASE NOTE:

Due to the recent Canada Post strike announcement there may be service disruptions and delays in your return shipment.

Returns can still be submitted, and shipping labels will still generate with Canada Post. Our customer service team will follow up via email with a Fedex label to be used for the return. Please note there may be a 3-5 business day delay. Any delays in returns arriving at the warehouse will not result in a refusal or penalty and will still be processed.

Follow the steps below to complete your return

  1. Visit our returns portal here
  2. Enter your order ID and postal code/zip code to retrieve your order information. Note: Return requests are only accepted within 30 days of the shipping date.
  3. Select the item(s) you would like to return and your reasoning.
  4. Choose between store credit OR a refund. Please note a $8 postage fee will be deducted if you choose to refund your item(s).

Once complete, a return confirmation email will be sent to the email used to place the order.

From here there are two ways to return your package:

Print at Home

  1. Print the shipping label provided and affix the label to the outside of your package
  2. Drop off your package at the nearest Canada Post/ USPS location. Please have your package postmarked and mailed within 14 days of receiving your shipping label. *Canadian customers please see note above*

QR code

Bring the QR code provided in your return confirmation email to any Canada Post/ USPS location and the agent will scan and process your package.

Once we have received your package, we will process the return or store credit within 10-14 business days. As soon as your return is complete, you will receive an order confirmation

Return Policy

Regular Priced Merchandise

Save the return postage fee by choosing a store credit to receive your full refund in the form of a gift card! Alternatively, refunds can be processed to
the original form of payment with a deduction of $8 for postage/ handing.

All items must be unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached to be accepted for a return. Please note that bodysuits are not eligible for return.

Sale Merchandise

Items marked at 30% off or more are final sale and will not be accepted for a refund and store credit unless otherwise stated. Items purchased with a discount less than 30% can be returned following our regular merchandise policy.

Exchanges

Exchanges are not available at this time. If you prefer a different size or color, please place a new order.

Gift with Purchase Merchandise

"Gift with purchase" items are eligible for returns. Both the purchased product and free gift must be returned in order to receive a full refund.

Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.

Holiday Return Policy

Shop early without a worry! Purchase made between October 25 and December 22, 2024 can be returned until January 6, 2025. Valid on all items excluding those labelled 'final sale'. All other conditions of our Return Policy apply.

We are not able to offer exchanges. If you prefer a different size or color of an item please place a separate order.

Afterpay Refunds

If you paid via Afterpay, the refund confirmation notifies the payment company of the refund. Your payment plan with Afterpay will be updated and they will send an email detailing exactly what has changed.

Retailer Purchases

All items purchased from one of our retailer partners must be returned to the store. We cannot issue refunds, replacements or exchanges for items not purchased from www.gentlefawn.com
