As our Social Media + Content Coordinator, you’ll be responsible for our brand’s social platforms - building community, driving engagement, and creating content that resonates. Reports to: Director of Marketing

Responsibilities:

• Own the brand’s social media calendar, aligning with the digital marketing team to execute campaigns in impactful ways.
• Write compelling copy for all social media posts, ensuring consistency with brand voice.
• Create and execute in-house social content, with a focus on platform-optimized content (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest).
• Work collaboratively with CEO on Founder Content Creation.
• Manage the UGC database and brand content library, repurposing assets for social-first content.
• Support the team with off-site campaign photoshoots and content capture.
• Actively engage with the community by responding to comments, messages, and tags to foster meaningful interactions.
• Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to shape and execute content strategies across digital platforms.
• Proactively identify and leverage social trends, cultural moments, and platform opportunities.
• Analyze and report on social media performance, providing insights to support data-driven strategies.
• Drive KPIs related to engagement and follower growth to build an authentic, loyal community.
• Maintain a strong understanding of the brand’s values and tone to effectively represent the brand across channels

Qualifications

• Post-secondary education in business, marketing, fashion, or a related field.
• 1+ years of experience running social media for a brand.
• Experience capturing and editing content for social channels (photography and videography).
• Excellent communication and copywriting skills, with the ability to articulate brand voice.
• Strong understanding of major social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest, etc.) and their best practices.
• Creative eye for fashion content and ability to spot emerging social trends.
• Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, ever-evolving social landscape.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Basic Photoshop and graphic design skills (Adobe Creative Suite is an asset).
• International Passport.

Gentle Fawn is looking for a Female Fit model. This is a part time casual position, and the hours depend on the time of year. Hours must be FLEXIBLE and available during business hours 9:30am-5pm, Tuesday-Friday. Fit sessions usually last from 3-7 hours as needed.

This position requires you to provide feedback on fit, comfort and movement to assist our Designers and Product Developers in developing well-fitting styles that are appropriate for our customers.

Please note there is NO catalogue or print work involved with this position.

Ideal Candidate

• Ability to stand for long periods of time while maintaining good posture
• Must be comfortable with fitting garments in front of a group of people.
• Commenting on fit of garment from a customer’s point of view of comfort
• Available for flexible working hours
