Sale Merchandise

All items purchased on sale are final sale and cannot be returned for a refund, store credit or exchange.

Regular Priced Merchandise

Items returned within 30 days of the shipment date will receive a full refund to the original method of payment. After 30 days we will not accept returns.


Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags attached.

We are not able to offer exchanges. If you prefer a different size or color of an item please place a separate order.

"Gift with Purchase" items are eligible for return; both the purchased product and free gift items must be returned in order to receive a full refund.

To ship your online purchase back with our $8 return label, visit our returns portal here (US customers please visit our US returns portal here) and follow these easy steps:

  1. Enter your order ID and postal code to retrieve your order information *please note postal code formatting must match your order confirmation
  2. Choose the items you would like to return and provide the reason for the return
  3. After receiving your shipping label, pack up your item(s) and affix the label to the outside of the package. A return postage fee of $8.00 will be deducted from your refund.
  4. Drop off your package at a Canada Post location (USPS for our US customers) near you.

  5. Be sure to have your package postmarked and mailed within 14 days of receiving your shipping label. Once we receive your package, we’ll process your return within 10-14 business days. As soon as your return is complete, you'll receive an email confirmation.

  1. Returns can only be processed for orders within 30 days of the shipping date
  2. All items purchased on sale are a final sale and not eligible for return.
  3. Do not include WC in your order number. The order number should be 5 numerical digits only
