What are the benefits of Gentle Fawn StyleRewards?

Members receive points for every purchase made, referring friends, writing a review and more! Not only do members receive points but you would also receive early access to sales, product launches and even a birthday surprise!

The higher the tier, the better the benefits!

Who can join StyleRewards?

Can I earn points for purchases made before joining StyleRewards

We are happy to apply points to any purchases made in the 14 days prior to signing up for StyleRewards. Please email shop@gentlefawn.com for assistance.

How do you earn points?

Welcome! We are so happy to hear that you decided to join the Style Rewards. There are many ways that you can earn points:

- Earn at least 5 point per $1 spent

- Earn 50 point by writing reviews on your favorite products

- Earn 50 by signing up for our newsletter

- Let us know your birthday and earn at least 500 points!

- By creating an account you have already earned 250 points.

How will I know that my points have been added to my Style Rewards account?

Points for purchases will be applied to your account 30 days after the purchase has been made.  Points for writing a product review will be applied to your account 7 days after the review is submitted. All other points should apply to your account immediately. To track your points and progress towards a Rewards please visit your account at https://gentlefawn.ca/pages/rewards

I don’t think my points are correct? What can I do?

Where can I track my Rewards and tier progress?

You can easily track your Style Rewards progress through your account at https://gentlefawn.ca/pages/rewards

Do I receive access to sales early?

If you are a Style Rewards member you will have opportunities to shop sales before they go live! Product launches and special promotions are also sent to StyleRewards members first.

When will my StyleRewards points reset?

All points become invalid 12 months after the last date of purchase

How can I use my points for a discount?

Once you qualify for a discount you will receive an email with a link to redeem your points. Points expire after 12 months from the last purchase.

Please note: Only one points voucher can be used an on order.

How does "Refer a Friend" work?

When you send a referral for Gentle Fawn to your friend, they will receive a unique one time code. Once a friend has completed a purchase, you will receive the points for your referral. There are no points awarded if no purchase is made.

What happens to my points if I return an item I have ordered?

Points and Rewards are non-refundable and will not be added back to your account if the items purchased are returned.

I made a purchase, it has been 30 days, and I still haven't received my points

You must be signed into your account during check out for points to be applied correctly. Please email shop@gentlefawn.com if you have any concerns about a purchase that has been made.

I added my birthday but didn't receive points?

Points for entering your birthday will take 7 days to show up on your account.

How many product reviews can I leave?

We love to hear from you! Sharing your feedback on the products you have purchased is helpful not only for our design team but also other customers.

However, we do limit the amount of reviews points to 6 reviews in a week. If you have purchased more items than that and want to share the look please do, you will just not receive points for all of them.
