Victoria dress small? Medium?

I ordered the medium as I am a 34dd chest and usually a size 6 but this is what I have to order but this dress is huge! I ordered the small and it fits perfect . The dress is very BOHO and baggy, no shape whatsoever but if you wear it low with a cute bandeau bra or no bra it’s super sexy and cute in its own way. Returned the medium with no issues, thanks GF!
