Order Processing+
Due to high demand, delivery times are running longer than usual.
Please allow 3-5 business days for your order to be processed. We do not ship or process orders on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays. During sale and holiday periods, additional processing time may be needed.
We will do everything we can to ensure your order arrives on time, but we cannot be held responsible for circumstances beyond our control such as courier labour strikes or inclement weather.

COVID-19 UPDATE:
Due to increased order volume and the impact of COVID-19, we are currently unable to offer Overnight Shipping.
We offer standard ground and express shipping. Please note weekends and holidays are not included in the shipping estimates. Orders shipping to remote locations or PO Boxes can only reach their destination by standard shipping and may experience longer transit times.
Please note that tracking for US orders can take 2-3 business days before they are updated due to the transfer from a Canadian carrier to the US carrier. We appreciate your patience while our carrier partners update their tracking.
In order to guarantee same-day shipping, all express orders must be placed by 10am PST (1pm EST). Orders placed after this cut off time will ship the following business day.
Please note we currently do not ship internationally.

Price Adjustment Policy+

Please note that the following promotions are not eligible for price adjustments: Black Friday, Cyber Monday, Boxing Day, Semi-Annual Sale and any 'gift with purchase' promotions.

Making changes or cancelling an order
To ensure your order arrives to you as soon as possible, we start processing it the moment it is received. Because of this, we are unable to make changes or cancel your order once it is placed. If you need to make changes or cancel, please contact us immediately and we will do our best to accommodate.
Redirecting an order
Please make sure your shipping address is correct as we cannot redirect packages once they have been dispatched.
