GENTLE FAWN RETURN POLICY
If you are not satisfied with your online purchase, please follow our guidelines for returns:
1. All returns require a Return Authorization (RA) number (see instructions below).
2. All returns must be postmarked within 14 days of receipt. Returns sent after this time will not be honored.
3. The merchandise must be in its original condition and unworn.
4. We do not refund shipping charges.
5. We do not accept returns on custom-made or special order items, undergarments, or sale merchandise. These types of sales are final.
6. We are not responsible for damages that occur during care of an item, such as dry cleaning, washing or wear.
7.Returns will be processed 4-5 days after receipt
8.We will issue a refund to the credit card originally used for the purchase.
9. You will receive an email notice when the credit has been issued.
Please be advised that items that do not conform to the above guidelines are not returnable. They will be returned to you at your expense.
HOW TO RETURN MERCHANDISE
Return Authorization (RA) number issues but GentleFawn.com must accompany all returns. To obtain an RA #, request one online. Fill out, print and submit the RA form. All RA’s are pending until HQ has received an RA request. HQ will email customers with the RA# and once issued, the status of a RA request will be updated from Pending to Approved. Once you have obtained your RA# please include this # and the original RA form with your package. Please note that being issued and RA number does not guarantee automatic credit of your return. Items are still subject to inspection.
5 TIPS FOR A SUPER EASY, HASSLE FREE RETURN:
1. No COD (Cash/Check on Delivery) packages will be accepted.
2. Note your RA number on the package for proper and timely handling and processing.
3. Include a completed RA form with the merchandise. Otherwise processing will be delayed.
4. Package your return carefully, as we cannot return or exchange items that arrive damaged due to poor packaging.
5. Send via UPS or insured parcel post for proof of delivery. If your return package is lost, we are not responsible for reimbursement or compensation for the lost merchandise.

The customer is responsible for all duties or taxes. If you return an item or refuse an item and we are charged a tax, that duty or tax amount will be deducted from your order total before we credit your account.
